1. Introduction

iiSP.io ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.

We are Intelligent Integrated Solutions Provider Inc. (operating as iiSP.io), a federally incorporated Canadian company headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, and we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring website

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • To process transactions and send related information

4. Data Storage and Security

This website and the limited information you submit through it (for example, contact-form enquiries) are currently hosted on secure servers operated by a reputable provider in the European Union. As a Canadian company, we are working toward hosting all of our own data within Canada.

Client engagements are different. Our flagship platform, Eloryn, and the solutions we build are deployed on our clients' own infrastructure. We do not collect, store, or transmit our clients' or their end-users' operational data on systems we control — that data stays wherever the client hosts it, under the client's own data-residency arrangements.

In all cases we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security review — to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Disclosure of Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in providing our services
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • With Your Consent: When you have given explicit permission

6. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

As a Canadian resident, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information held by us
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Withdraw consent for certain uses of your information
  • File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Essential cookies are required for the website to function properly. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party applications. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
