Data Residency

Our solutions — including our flagship platform, Eloryn — are deployed on our clients' own infrastructure. Client and end-user operational data therefore resides wherever the client hosts it, under the client's own data-residency arrangements; we do not store that data on systems we control.

This website and any enquiries submitted through it are currently hosted with a reputable provider in the European Union. As a Canadian company, we are working toward hosting all of our own data within Canada, and we apply appropriate safeguards to any processing in accordance with PIPEDA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO iiSP.io IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
