OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO iiSP.io IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
